These terms apply when you use sogcap.com and its tracker, blog and email updates (the “site”), which are run by SOG Capital (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Education, not financial advice

SOG Capital provides macro analysis and trading education for informational purposes only. Nothing on the site, in our emails, in our sessions or on our social channels is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, we do not hold or manage your money, and we do not place trades for you. Please get independent advice if you need it.

2. Risk warning

Leveraged products such as forex and CFDs carry a high risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance, including any results shown on our track record page, is not a reliable guide to future results.

3. Tracker, scores and other information

The tracker, DXY Bias Score and our commentary are built from public data releases and third-party sources, combined with our own framework and opinion. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, scores can change, and we update the tracker by hand after releases. The site is provided “as is”, with no promise that it is accurate, complete or always available. Please do not rely on it alone for any trading decision.

4. Accounts

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or bulk-download the site or its data, or use automated tools to access it, without our written permission;
• resell, republish or share our tracker data, scores or content as your own;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or other people’s accounts;
• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive.

6. Email updates

If you join our email list you agree to receive our updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. Paid sessions and tutoring

1-on-1 sessions, workshops and any other teaching we offer are educational. They do not guarantee profits or any particular result, they are not personalised investment advice, and we do not trade on your behalf. You are responsible for your own trades. The price, how to pay, and any rescheduling or refund terms are confirmed with you when you book.

8. Our content

The site, the tracker, our framework, articles, videos, logos and branding belong to SOG Capital. You may view and use them for your own personal learning. You may share links to the site and short quotations with credit. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

9. Other websites

The site may link to other websites and services, such as social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do or say.

10. Changes to the site

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site, including the tracker, at any time. The tracker is free at the moment, and if we ever add paid features we will tell you before they start.

11. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, SOG Capital is not responsible for any trading losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, that results from using the site or acting on anything in it. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
